Jasmine Silver Needle
Known traditionally as China’s finest white tea, these perfect downy buds are sun dried, then laid beneath a bed of fresh Jasmine Flowers for seven consecutive nights. This process occurs in the warm month of August creating the perfect temperature to marry the sweet white tea with fresh, fragrant jasmine aromas. When brewed, you will revel in the sweet, subtle flavors of this complex tea. Earthy jasmine meets airy white tea, resulting in an unexpected and truly satisfying finish.
Two Teaspoons of Silver Needle Jasmine into a glass. Add water at 180 degrees. Steep for 1-2 minutes, one for a delicate taste and two for a more intense flavor. Our Silver Needle Jasmine will stand up to two brewings.
