At Jenwey Tea, every blend is crafted with extraordinary care, and we want you to truly enjoy each cup.

Because tea is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your selection was not what you expected, we are happy to consider a replacement. We invite you to share the tea with someone who may appreciate its character, while we thoughtfully evaluate the best way to assist you.

Replacement decisions are made at our discretion to ensure fairness and uphold the integrity of our small-batch production.

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we will always strive to ensure your experience reflects the elegance and care behind our brand.
