Using your favorite teapot, bring water to a boil. While the water heats, rinse & clean the chamomile flowers in cold running water. Place 2-3 teaspoons of flowers for each cup into the pot, once boiling. Conclude the heating when the flowers give out their fragrance and color. Strain into your cup. Add white sugar or honey. Let tea cool a bit & enjoy.
