Pai Mu Tan
Pai Mu Tan White Tea is made from unopened buds from the very special Narcissis bushes. Mild and sweet, it is one of the highest grades of white tea available and naturally dried in the sun opposed to the pan fired technique used for green teas. This gentle process lends a floral, jammy mouth feel with a lingering finish that envelope the senses.
One Teaspoon of Pai My Tan into a glass. Add water at 180 degrees. Steep for 1-2 minutes, one for a delicate taste and two for a more intense flavor. The Pai My Tan White Tea will stand up to three brewings.
Made from unopened tea buds and allowed to dry in the sun gives this white tea a warm sweet and mild floral-jammy mouthfeel with a lingering finish.
