**Brewing Instructions**

**1. Water Quality:**  
Start with fresh, cold water for the best results. If possible, use filtered or spring water to ensure the natural flavors of the rose petals are not overshadowed by impurities in tap water

**2. Water Temperature:**  
Heat the water to just before boiling, around 200°F (93°C). This temperature is ideal for extracting the full range of flavors and aromas from the rose petals without scalding them

**3. Measuring:**  
Use about 1-2 tablespoons per cup. This amount can be adjusted based on your personal preference for strength and intensity of the tea notes

**4. Steeping the Tea:**  
Place the tea in a teapot or infuser. Pour the hot water over the leaves and let them steep for 5-7 minutes. The longer you steep, the more pronounced the flavor and aroma will be

Sweet Raspberry Mint Tea Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of Jenwey Tea's Sweet Raspberry Mint Tea, brewed and chilled
• 2 oz premium vodka
• 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
• 1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• Fresh raspberries for garnish
• Mint sprig for garnish
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

• Brew the Tea: Brew 1 cup of Jenwey Tea's Sweet Raspberry Mint Tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator.
• Prepare the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine the chilled tea, vodka, lime juice, raspberry liqueur, and simple syrup. Add a handful of ice cubes.
• Shake and Strain: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
