White peony is a soft, fresh tea produced from unopened buds as well as the two newest buds to sprout. The leaves are then dried naturally in the sun to create a lush and clean tea with a light honey-lavender flavor. This natural oxidation provides a sweet and round finish on the palette, making the white peony a wonderful introduction to world of white teas.
In Brewing a cup of white tea, use hot water tempered at 175 degrees. Allow 1 1/2 teaspoons for each 8oz cup & steep for 4-5 minutes.
