A celebration of flavor, freshness, and refinement â no spirits required (but theyâre welcome, darling).
đżÂ CITRUS MINT ROSE SPRITZ

Build over ice: 4 oz strong-brewed Citrus Mint Rose (cooled), 1 oz fresh lime juice, 2 oz sparkling water.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a floating rose petal.
Cocktail:
Add 1.5 oz gin or botanical vodka to the above for a light, floral-forward twist.
Think spa water meets high societyâcool, crisp, and effortlessly refreshing.
đ SWEET LYCHEE BERRY BELLINI
Mocktail:
Shake 3 oz iced Sweet Lychee Berry concentrate with muddled raspberry and lychee. Strain into a flute, top with chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine or soda.
Cocktail:
Swap in brut Champagne or prosecco for a luxe brunch sparkler. Optional: 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur.
A dreamy pink pour for weddings, spring brunches, and rooftop garden moments.
đ LEMON CHIFFON CLOUD LATTE
Mocktail:
Brew Lemon Chiffon strong and chill. Froth with oat milk and a drop of vanilla syrup. Top with sweet lemon cold foam and crushed freeze-dried lemon or edible flower petals.
Cocktail:
Add 1 oz limoncello or vanilla vodka for an after-dinner dessert sipper.
This one drinks like chiffon cake in a cloudâcreamy, citrusy, and pure indulgence.
âď¸Â VANILLA LONDON FOG OLD FASHIONED
Mocktail:
Stir together 3 oz iced Vanilla London Fog concentrate, 0.5 oz maple syrup, and a dash of orange bitters over a large cube. Express an orange peel over the glass.
Cocktail:
Add 2 oz bourbon for a tea-slicked riff on the Old Fashioned thatâs deep, warm, and layered.
Moody, unexpected, and steeped in refinement. A fireside favorite.
đ¸Â SPRING BLOOM GIN FIZZ
Mocktail:
Combine 2 oz Spring Bloom concentrate, 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz lavender syrup. Shake with ice and egg white or aquafaba. Strain and top with soda.
Cocktail:
Use 1.5 oz dry gin and follow the same technique for a dreamy floral fizz.
A garden party in a glassâlavender, jasmine, and rose dance in delicate balance.
⨠Hosting Tip from Jenwey
Batch your tea bases in advance (using strong-brewed or concentrate ratios) and chill them for service. Cold foams can be flavored with vanilla bean, lemon zest, or rose syrup for elevated topping moments.
