This season, we unveil our Lychee Drop—a sensual interplay of lychee lavender and lychee rose, designed to enchant the palate and elevate the ritual.


Below, three exquisite creations—a mocktail, a tea cocktail, and a matcha infusion—each capturing the ethereal romance of lychee in its own signature form.


🌸 Lychee Lavender Cloud (Mocktail)

A delicate, alcohol-free indulgence—soft, floral, and effortlessly chic.

Ingredients


  • 1 cup brewed Lychee Lavender tea (chilled)

  • ½ cup lychee juice (or syrup from canned lychee)

  • 1 tsp lavender simple syrup

  • ½ fresh lemon (juiced)

  • Sparkling water

  • Ice

  • Garnish: whole lychee + lavender sprig

Method


  1. In a glass, combine chilled tea, lychee juice, lavender syrup, and lemon juice.

  2. Add ice and gently top with sparkling water.

  3. Float a lychee and lavender sprig for a refined finish.

🥂 Lychee Rose Champagne Elixir (Tea Cocktail)

Ingredients


  • 1 cup brewed Lychee Rose tea (chilled)

  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur

  • 2 oz vodka (or gin for botanical depth)

  • Chilled champagne or prosecco

  • Fresh rose petals (food grade)

  • Ice


Method

  1. In a shaker, combine tea, elderflower liqueur, and vodka with ice.

  2. Shake gently and strain into a flute or coupe.

  3. Top with champagne.

  4. Garnish with floating rose petals.

🍵 Lychee Rose Matcha Silk

  • ½ cup milk (oat or coconut preferred)

  • ¼ cup lychee puree

  • ½ tsp rose water

  • Ice


Method

  1. Whisk matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy.

  2. In a glass, layer lychee puree and ice.

  3. Add milk and rose water.

  4. Slowly pour matcha over the top for a layered effect.
