Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz Jenwey Burnt Honey Cardamom tea (strongly brewed and chilled)
½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and hot water)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Orange peel and a cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, chilled tea, honey syrup, and bitters.
Stir with ice until well-chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
